Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Payments can be made through the website or via Zelle: (347) 262-3679. Appointments without deposits may be canceled. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment may be released. Payment confirms agreement to all FocusFrame’s Photography policies.

Image Policy

  • Proofs are delivered within 1–3 days and are watermarked.

  • Final edits take 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) from the time you select your images.

  • Delivery timelines may be extended for larger projects.

All creative work is the exclusive property of FocusFrame’s Photography. Written permission is required for licensing or usage.

Photoshoot Prep

Depending on your desired look, the following may be required:

  • Hair: Styled, with edges laid flat

  • Makeup: Fully blended and camera-ready

  • Nails & Toes: Matching polish

  • Grooming: Shaved or waxed where applicable

To help ensure timely delivery:

  • Check your email frequently for your proof link

  • Bring a laptop or USB to your session for instant RAW file transfer

  • Send back image file names you’d like edited (example: WSY_#)

Lost & Found

FocusFrame’s is not responsible for items left behind in the studio. However, we’ll gladly assist in recovering any lost belongings after your session.
